Ms. Madhura Rajvanshi

Ms. Rajvanshi has been teaching English to middle school children of Pragat Shikshan Sanstha's Kamala Nimbkar Balbhavan, Phaltan for the past 15 years. She also works as the education coordinator of the school and her work involves administration, planning creative activities in school, and teacher mentoring. 


She has a master’s degree in elementary education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She is the recipient of 2024-2025 Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program for International Teachers (FDAI).


Ms. Rajvanshi uses art, storytelling, and music to make English learning interesting and relevant for her students. She has made a substantial contribution to children's creative and independent English writing through the production of storybooks. She has delivered talks and written several articles on the same.


Madhura has worked as the administrative assistant of the Centre for language, Literacy and Communication, project coordinator of Development of Early Childhood Teacher Education Program in Rural India, and the field coordinator of the School in the Cloud Centre at Phaltan. She has also worked as a trainer for various trainings in early literacy and English language teaching.


For the year 2015, she was a part of the editorial team of Palakneeti, a Marathi magazine for parents and teachers and has written several articles for it. She is the Trustee and Governing Council member of Nimbkar Agricultural Research Institute, Phaltan.
