Mr. Ziaahmed Quraishi

Electric Engineer by education, Mr. Quraishi completed his degree from College of Engineering Pune in 1978. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru in 1980. 

He is the managing director of Nimbkar Seeds Pvt. Ltd. A seed company started by Shri B. V. Nimbkar (Padmashri) famous for its hybrid Jowar, Cotton and Sunflower varieties. He is also the managing director of Phaltan Industries Pvt. Ltd.

He pursued his interest in languages by completing a course in Linguistics, Advance Diploma course in Arabic, and Advance Diploma course in Persian. He also did an online course in Sanskrit. He is an avid reader of history and fiction and an amateur chess player.
